Antibiotics
Our honey is tested for antibiotics as part of our commitment to quality and responsible beekeeping practices.
Fructose and glucose
Fructose and glucose are naturally occurring sugars in honey. Testing their levels helps us understand the composition and characteristics of each batch.
Sucrose and C4 sugars
Sugar profile testing helps assess the authenticity and purity of honey and can identify the presence of sugars that are inconsistent with genuine honey.
Residues, where required
Additional screening can include residues such as pesticides, providing another layer of assurance around product quality and compliance.

We manage more than 9,000 hives and support approximately 40,000 beehives across Australia.
Our involvement starts at the hive. Our teams manage hive health, move bees to different floral sources, work with Australian growers through pollination, harvest honey and oversee its journey through processing and bottling.
