3.3. Payments can be made securely via the payment gateway Stripe. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

3.4. Fuzzy Bum reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3.5 We understand some people do not like to pay for goods over the internet. If you would like to pay for your order via telephone please contact our online team directly via email [email protected] so that our team may be able to support your request.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Fuzzy Bum ships products Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method.

4.2. We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4.3. Fuzzy Bum is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance for international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Due to the perishable nature of honey products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5.2. If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order details and photographic evidence.

5.3. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion, and shipping costs for returning faulty goods will be covered by Fuzzy Bum.
