Ingredients
400g dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
1 can (395g) condensed milk
⅓ cup Fuzzy Bum Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Easter Toppings
Mini Easter eggs (crushed and whole)
Mini M&Ms
Extra Fuzzy Bum Honey (for drizzle)
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Line a square tray with baking paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the dark chocolate, condensed milk and Fuzzy Bum Honey. Stir continuously until melted, smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat and stir through vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Pour the mixture into the lined tray and spread evenly.
Top with crushed mini Easter eggs and press a few whole ones into the surface.
Finish with a light drizzle of Fuzzy Bum Honey over the top.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
Once set, remove from the tray and cut into squares.
Serving Suggestion
Serve chilled for a firmer bite, or let it sit at room temperature for a softer, creamier texture.
