Baklava Overnight Oats with Fuzzy Bum Honey

Your new breakfast obsession has arrived. Creamy overnight oats layered with cinnamon, crunchy pistachios, fresh strawberries and a generous drizzle of real Aussie honey — inspired by all the flavours of baklava, but made for busy mornings.

It’s naturally sweet, packed with goodness and tastes like a treat while still being genuinely good for you.

And of course… it’s finished with real Fuzzy Bum Honey. 🍯

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp Fuzzy Bum Honey (plus extra for drizzling)


Toppings

Fresh strawberries (sliced)
Pistachios (roughly chopped)
Walnuts (roughly chopped)
Extra Fuzzy Bum Honey


Instructions

In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk and Fuzzy Bum Honey.

Stir well until fully combined.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 30 minutes if you’re short on time.

When ready to serve, give the oats a quick stir and top with sliced strawberries, pistachios and walnuts.

Finish with a generous drizzle of Fuzzy Bum Honey over the top.


Serving Suggestion

Enjoy straight from the fridge for a refreshing breakfast, or let it sit for 5–10 minutes at room temperature for a softer, creamier texture.
